Bosslady: Yeah, well she was 96.

Me: How'd she die?

Bosslady: Honestly... her pacemaker broke down a few months ago and uh, they just didn't see the point in replacing it.

Me: Ah.

Bosslady: Yeah.

Me: Wow. So...

Bosslady: They just decided to 'wind her down', so to speak.
